On an infinite scale theres going to be a lot of repeatability. Maybe after experiencing something so many times somehow you are able to actually able to remember. But in decades when birth rates consistently outstrip death rates year after year, where are all these extra souls coming from to fill the bodies of newborn infants? Or if births can't keep pace with deaths, just how long is this queue of souls waiting to be born again? In my theory you are not immediately reborn. You have to wait for the universal reset. When youre dead, time is irrelevant. Eventually the universe restarts and everything happens all over again.
