Twitch seems really terrible about making clear why they remove people and definitely aren't doing a good job communicating with people so I'm actually leaning towards Phil here although I agree she has done more than enough to get banned. I'm just not sure it should be for hateful slurs. Think about it, that's why he is so confrontational in the video.
