You can engage in hateful speach without using racial slurs. Just because you don't use the N word or R word, doesn't mean you are not a toxic piece of shit. How often does he not call people mentally ill for example. His "demands" are fucking hilarious. He really believes that some small time channel, with barely 300 concurrent viewers has any kind of leverage on a multi million dollar company like Twitch. There doesn't need to be an investigation. Just load up ANY video on Youtube from the last 4-5 years since he streamed on Twitch and sooner rather than later, you'll find some hateful speach. Sure it'd be funny if someone made a compilation, but all the evidence has been documented already. The fact that he expects a public appology from Twitch over HIS toxic behavior just shows how out of touch with reality he actualy is.
