You put your money in, Cover arrange the distribution and stuff and if it all sells, you make a profit. They all still get a salary and if they're expanding with another five talents for EN Gen 2, that's five more models and salaries, plus managers for each of them. Also marketing, yeah. Getting their songs in games or cross-promotion stuff. And those 3D live shows are probably quite expensive (although, I'd guess the tickets more than cover those). --- Still the number one reason for the success of the Internet.
