But in the show he's been such a standout that it would be a shame to repeat that. It also reminds me of another thing that I am incredibly curious how they'll handle. Without spoiling too much, there's a storyline in the comics that takes place entirely within a single issue. And while it's an incredibly good parody/homage of/to the big Marvel/DC events, it's also kind of a bummer if they only devote one episode to it! It could easily sustain half a season if they wanted to do so. And there's some other logistical problems with it they'll have no choice but to change somehow. Not that they NEED to change much but this first season really has been the best of both worlds in terms of adaptations. Even when I know exactly what happens it still kicks ass, so I don't think it's relying too heavily on its shocking twists, but I've been pleasantly surprised by all of the minor changes. --- I definitely did not forget to put the 2020 GOTD Guru winner, azuarc in my sig! ...
