I don't know how I didn't get severely injured considering I didn't have brakes on my bike. Thats hard-core. I always ride at least a back brake, but almost all really good riders are brakeless now. Or they were till a few years ago and now brakes are coming back. I tried riding brakeless for a bit when I was like 20 and you can slow down fine with a foot on the tire... but that shit won't work on a mountain trail.
