I honestly don't really know what they could've done better, but pushing their JP side more globally would've been better in the long run. I guess there's a weird sense of lack of ambition or inspiration compared to Holo EN. But if their talents make up for it with their streaming skillz then I'd be wrong Holo had been courting the EN crowd for a long time before EN debuted, Niji just kinda ignored the west completely until now, it just seems they're kinda brazening their way in, way too late. They have an uphill battle ahead of them to pull viewers away from vtubers they're already invested in, and there's only so many hours in the day for them to compete over.
