So the CDC somehow obtained enough data and results from studies within that time period to shift from "impending doom" to taking off masks in certain circumstances? She said that - also saying she was going "off script" in doing so - as new cases had risen by about 15% (by 7-day averages) in a span of about 10 days, right after places like Italy and Germany had just seen significant spikes.
