In TZA your choices feel more meaningful and you have more incentive to switch characters to handle different situations. I don't know how well it sold but generally I gather that people prefer the TZA and its new system to the original. To each his own, though. Yeah I've never personally heard anyone saying they were nostalgic for the old system, but to be honest The Zodiac Age's existence feels like an exercise in showing how unfocused the original was. Final Fantasy XII was just a weird one for me. There are things I want to like about it, but there is just nothing that really holds my attention. The Zodiac Age didn't really make that much better for me personally. --- This issues still comes to mind now and then Cake was baking in the oven and mother was making tea for us ...
