Now all you need is about 5 years of experience and you can pretty much name your price.

Ain't nothing like going to linkedin and seeing "entry level position, requires 12-15 years of experience".

Not sure what the job market is like now. When I graduated it was during the Great Recession and I struggled to find a job in the field for a while (I was in IEEE and remember being told that the unemployment rate for engineers had surged from 1% to 8%, just really bad times, even for tech....). If it's like that again now, you'll probably have people all around you saying to go back to school for your MS to "wait it out". DON'T DO THAT! I'm so glad I didn't listen to that advice.

Uuuuh, things are odd, I'm posting to individual jobs right now, and I'll go to a headhunting company once some other stuff in my life is in order (namely car shopping).

Congrats. How much debt do you owe?

Way a lot.
Thankfully companies pay it off.
