To sum it up shortly, Panpiano is a very popular Taiwanese piano streamer who's overtaking the formerly #1 pianist, who is Chinese, on bilibili. They took some weird quote off context to justify that Panpiano is a fervent Taiwanese independence supporter and started a massive harassment campaign against her and Tenkafuma. Right now those crazy obviously hacked unreasonable scores on the top player scoreboard names are all some dumb Chinese phrase that I don't care enough to go back and look up what it meant. They're all getting banned in droves, some of them being accounts with money plenty of money.
