Topic	I don't get why people thought Chadwick Boseman was a shoo-in for the Oscar.
Ngamer64 05/08/21 6:51:10 PM #39:	He didn't have a single role as acclaimed as Brokeback, sure, but his turns as Jackie Robinson and James Brown and Thurgood Marshall were very well received and had critics calling him the Next Big Thing. Then he actually DID become the Big Thing by headlining one of the most successful films in US history. Then he took time away from that role to be sensational in both Ma Rainey and 5 Bloods last year.
