its been 2 weeks since I adopted my cat, renamed her Luna at the shelter.

shes starting to warm up to me. shes slowly starting to explore more
of the house. But she has a tendency to
run back to the safe room that I set her in for almost 10 days.

She will come to me if she wants to, likes to
be pet and belly rubbed. I fell asleep while watching YouTube on the couch the other night and she was sleeping next to my feet.


but if I come towards her she seems scared and runs away. Like when I come home from work, and sees me, she hides until about 45 minutes later, when Im sitting on my couch or bed, then she jumps towards me.

I moved her food tray and cat tree into the living room as well as cat litter. Damn it looks like an eyesore in my living room, but I gotta get her comfortable with that part of the house.



maybe Ill try to get something like this later on in the future
