Topic	Anyone know how to get Resident Evil 2 remake running on PC?

I've plugged in, and unplugged a controller, because, again some people said that helped. I did check to make sure drivers and windows didn't have any updates available. I tried the "hold alt and press enter" thing. Game doesn't respond. I heard something about disabling something in the BIOS but I aint fucking around with that to play a video game. Hyper-V shouldn't be the problem. That's running virtual machines and I do that.
