I don't even like to try going for up air rest because hitting the up air is too hard, I can't reliably react to connecting it. Also, usually when someone hits my shield when my back is turned to them I can bair out of shield, but Pikachu low profiles it. Not to mention his up throw and dash attack are such strong kill moves, and I really don't understand why lol --- (...
