Topic	Anyone know how to get Resident Evil 2 remake running on PC?

I've gone into the config files and messed around with DX settings. And yeah I looked through that link. Only thing I could find was "disable Hyper-V in Windows" which, again, I don't know what that is, but it was off by default. I've plugged in, and unplugged a controller, because, again some people said that helped. I did check to make sure drivers and windows didn't have any updates available. I tried the "hold alt and press enter" thing. Game doesn't respond.
