I forget what he did to win, but he runs off afterwards and can be killed by local wildlife -- like radscorpions in that dusty area nearby -- if he encounters 'em (pretty sure he despawns if you let him go). --- Take me down from the ridge where the summer ends And watch the city spread out just like a jet's flame ...
