Most of them are very similar and forgettable unless it's a special or something. The scant few episodes that stand out to me are the ones where they made Jesse and James actually competent and they wore black outfits like real TR members. Those episodes had better animation too. Some were never aired because of the 2011 earthquake and tsunami disaster in Japan. Eventually Team Rocket went back to joke status and their original outfits.
