But honestly I was shocked how delicious this was considering it takes less than 10 minutes from start to finish and costs 50 cents if no toppings are used. Solid 7/10 - Perfect for a spontaneous snack when you have friends over and don't know what food to make! I will definitely be doing this again! -I made 2 so I used 1.5 cups of flour, 1tsp of salt, a swig of olive oil, to 0.5 cup of water. You can knead by hand, but I put those ingredients in my food processor and mixed for 60 seconds. -Spread dough into a circle roughly representing the pan's size. -Place onto pan on stove set to high without fat/oil. (I used cast iron, but any pan will do) -While the pizza is heating up, add smooth tomato passata, salt, grated parmesan, mozzarella, and olive oil. -Add whatever topping you like -Place pan in oven for 5 minutes -Take pan out, remove pizza from pan, add fresh basil and you are good to go! https://imgur.com/7WCJLof https://imgur.com/R7pNAzO https://imgur.com/KBOQmlf ...
