Still haven't held him since the day we got him from the vendor. Apparently you're supposed to leave them alone and let them get used to the new home for a week or so. He's been hiding in that little cave we have for him for the entire week and he's just now starting to wander around the habitat more, so now we're finally getting to where we can start actually handling him soon, which I'm excited for. Nice. Snakes are cool. If I see a small bull snake or a Gartner snake I always pick em up for a bit. Which is probly a dick move I guess but most of the time I'm moving them off a trail where they could get run over by a bike so I think it's alright. Big bull snakes bite like a bastard so I just kinda shoo em to a safer place.
