Topic	A cat came in through my window, what should I do?

I have a bad feeling about this new cat. I've invited it out the window it came. I'm not necessarily kicking it out, but I have a bad feeling. It could be a female cat trying to mate with my male cat (who is neutered). Although I can't tell if this cat is a female or a male, because it hisses every time I try to go near it. I'm afraid it's trying to mate with him or It has a disease that could infect my cat Which one is the intruder. The lighter cat looks like a Tortie.
