Oblivion 2. The Czar: Usurper/Escape/Martyr/Spiral 3. Divinations 4. Quintessence 5. Crack the Skye 6. The Last Baron 7. Ghost of Karelia Thoughts: I legitimately enjoyed Oblivion. The first four tracks all had something for me to enjoy I felt. It was probably just fatigue, but it felt like the front half of this album was a lot more interesting than the back half. My experience with prog rock is very minimal, so maybe you have to be attuned to it to really be able to appreciate an entire album. Assuming this was a concept album, I could not follow it. All the lyrics were muffled by the massive guitars. Again, I'll chalk that up to lack of experience and familiarity with the genre. I didn't hate this album, but by the end I was ready for it to be over. Double nominate Air - Moon Safari Support Counting Crows - August and Everything After --- snowpork azuarc is OP. ...
