There is no actual *reason*, but I know the cause - not being able to get a decent nights sleep for over a week for various reasons. Of course, not sleeping makes my anxiety flare up which will make it hard to sleep. Which will mean my anxiety will get worse, and I will find it harder to sleep. Ill probably have to knock myself out tonight to reset my sleep patterns. I hate my brain. It is a very silly brain. --- Did my singing please you?
