A childhood trauma I just recently started talking about two years ago to my psychologist. Suicidal thoughts also started around two years ago and I get them every now and then. Plus a lot of racing thoughts at night causes me to miss a lot of sleep. That was pure hell on me when I was working for three years with only two hours of sleep per night. But yeah...mental illness is no joke and its not something to ever screw around with.
