If they're going all in on upscaling textures, they need to do something about the hair. Kaiden and FemShep's hair looks plastic as fuck. It's amazing what anti-aliasing can do, though. They're showing the console version of the game here, yes? I don't remember that much aliasing on the PC version. You know, I never had an issue with the Mako's seemingly weightlessness.
