I mean good for her on trying to better herself. Working out and developing a growth mindset are great tools for self-development. But maybe she could use a party or a day of binge watching Netflix once in a while. Instead of attacking those she thinks she's better than, maybe she could find more constructive ways to motivate people. Idk. Lots of people who get wrapped up in self-improvement tend to become egotistical and look down on others who are not pursuing that, because they are projecting their past selves onto them. She's young. Maybe she'll get better.
