Topic	Do you drink more than 10 cups of water a day?

I drink 1 liter of water per day (4 cups), my other liquids come from food sources fruit, juice, veggies, etc. Most people never realize food has a good amount of water, and you end up drinking so much water along with the water from food, that it dilutes your vitamins and minerals. --- You can't hide from me, child.
