Topic	I intake 1400 calories a day

Because if you do drop your calorie intake, you will feel unhappy not enjoying the foods you used to love, and you will have much less energy than before. But its prolly still worth losing the weight for health reasons. But just in general it won't do as much mentally as you think, at least not in my case --- pojr I summon it.
