Running EM/EM/EM for Sands/Cup/Circlet and 2pc Wanderers/VV was the best I could do. Venti - 4pc VV, EM/Anemo/Crit Rate - though his artifacts are pretty trash. I'll have to farm for better substats, but do I even need to fully build him? I've had him so long though that I feel that I do. First 5* and all. Beidou - currently has 4pc Thunder but I don't know anything about her optimal build.
