To be honest I'm irked by this banner choice. Tartaglia is the only one of 2 males I wouldn't hate to roll, so with a banner like Fischl, Xiangling, Diona, I'd successfully be baited to roll a few times. But if it's immediately after Venti (must-have right now to me), and if Venti gets Sucrose, Barbara, Fischl/Diona, I'll be spending a lot of primogems on that instead. Also, do we know what that brandnew 5* bow is? If not gacha and if optimal for Venti, I'll really need it, because I have no bows for Venti.
