The "victim"'s panties had semen stains from 7 different men, and her friends came out to admit that she was bragging about having sex with kobe. Im not saying either side is telling the whole truth but having semen stains from multiple people could mean you were sexually assaulted by all of them. She also could have been embarrassed when her friends asked about it and tried to play it off. I cant make a better judgement on that type of thing unless I knew how that conversation went but I knew people in high school that said they got assaulted at a party. The dude was popular and bragged he hit it and people made fun of the girl calling her a slut, etc. The girl said she didnt even remember anything. Only a handful of people ever believed she was drugged/raped and people thought she only said it because of people calling her names and such. Maybe she changed her story because she was embarrassed, or maybe she actually was raped while under the influence and realized it later. Later I found out the guy had drugged multiple girls at parties, even though he was popular and dated hot ass girls...so why would anyone believe hed rape anyone? Thats the problem with the Kobe story. Its too hard to base it off of some friends saying she bragged or why shed tell them certain things. --- If you don't want to argue about something, take the initiative and stfu.
