cyan slime - Simulate (feat. Ruri Enma): I think Ill go with 70 points? Its certainly intriguing. The instruments are more...abnormal than I expect from Ruri, which Ill just presume is cyan slimes influence.

cyan slime - Milky Way (feat. Ruri Enma): The opening is fantastic, but then Ruri gets rather high-pitched and the music feels rave-adjacent with its thumping nature for a while... I guess Ill go with 70 points again?

merry milk/minai karte - colorful: An awfully cute and sweet song considering what I know about the source material... 64 points, maybe?

VGeneration - Sincerely: I think Id prefer the song covered by a single artist instead of a group, but I think they all did a fine job with it. It would probably hit some of the right notes of sadness, if I was in the mood for it, so Ill probably leave it unscored (its not exactly fair to judge it right now).

Nemukawa Yumena - Onegai Santa-san: Im...not really a fan of Christmas (Im sure Ive said that before), but the song seems fine? 54-ish points of fineness, possibly, maybe?

RIZnote - Christmas Song: Good song. Im not sure if its better or worse than last years cover of Christmas Song because I dont so much remember the last one, but the lyrics are so familiar that Im positive you nominated one. Somewhere in the 70 to 80 point range, I suppose.

Various Ex-Shuffle Members - Jingle Bells: ...I dunno. For being a cover of a song I hate, this is actually a good version of it. I didnt dislike it.. 50.86? Possibly?

Amatsuka Seu - Hikaku Shoukougun: Sounds familiar, so Ill imagine there were possibly multiple covers of this song last year? Definitely too familiar to have been something I only heard once before... its possible you just nominated one and I also listened to the original Vocaloid version as well or something, I guess, but I know Ive heard this a few times.

...Its nice, but not something I want at this exact point in time... 58 points, feel free to ask again on a different time axis.



Usuwa Suu - Secret Room: 57 points. Its fine, a bit off-beat (meaning weird, not literally) with things like a ringing phone in places, but... I dunno, 57 points just feels like an appropriate number at the moment.
