I've sold 500 items in the last 6 months and I've only had 2 issues and in both instances I got the item back, I just had to refund the buyer and eat shipping both directions. Buyer was wrong in both instances (flagged defective to force return when it wasn't and ebay basically shrugs their shoulders and say you have the item back so it's fine but don't take into account the lost shipping fees) ...
