Not "they're not all as hard as when games were 90 minutes long and had to pad on a few hours to justify their price tag". The insult is for games that don't require much input from the player. You don't have to worry about mechanics. No learning patterns. No struggle. No payoff. You just go through the motions. And easy mode stuff bleeds into the rest of the game. --- You can't go back and change the beginning, but you can start where you are and change the ending. -Misattributed to CS Lewis ...
