This time around, the institutions probably know exactly what they want to do, which will make it harder for retail investors to make the right decisions at the right times. One of the most useful bits of info from Destiny's GME Manifesto was how much the later days of the mania going up above $400 was driven by institutions, not retail investors, and I'm not betting on them doing it again.
