Plenty of shit movies looked great from just the trailer. Phantom Menace looked fantastic when the trailer first came out. And then the movie happened. Not saying this movie is definitely going to be bad, but you might want to temper your excitement. Not only will it help protect you from being disappointed, but going in with lower expectations will make the movie seem better anyway. Oh Ive got sure been burned in the past by thinking a trailer looked great but then the movie doesnt measure up. Max Payne is probably the worst offender I can recall, I thought the trailer looked great and it ended up being one of the worst movies Ive ever seen. Also pretty much every Zack Snyder film.
