While the last tier was characters I actively hate and will talk shit about every chance I get, this next tier is just characters I don't particularly like. So we are now entering the Drinking Almond Milk When I Thought It Was Supposed To Be Regular Milk Tier (a.k.a. the "I don't particularly like these characters but I could at least understand how some other people might" tier). There is usually at least some things I like about these characters, but honestly they tend to get lost under the title wave of annoying nonsense they make you deal with. When I was ranking these characters, I was tempted to slot them into the Scrappy Doo Tier but then I would think "well they had that one part I liked" or "that scene was interesting" so there is some redeeming value here.

I anticipate getting yelled at a couple of times for these rankings, but WHATEVER MAN.
