I explained what thicc is so she's obviously not that. She's fat. And more on the saggy side if it too. It's a good thing I didn't mention her ass is pretty flat too despite its size. A lot of fat people have large-but-flat asses because you need some amount of glute muscle for a perky butt. Not just fat. Actual thicc girls/guys have large protruding bubble butts. That's the whole reason why its thicc with 2 Cs.
