| Topic | Pandemic has been really bad for my instant gratification impulses |
| GrabASnickers 02/16/21 8:00:39 PM #1: | Like eating junk food, drinking soda, looking at my phone all the time, etc. It was easier to not do these things as much when I had to go in to work and had the prospect of having more people to judge and motivate me (plus just the general better mood of not being in a pandemic). I feel like I had it figured out early in the pandemic, but either winter or pandemic fatigue set in and it's so difficult now. Not that I ever really loved winter but this has been the toughest by far. Hopefully things will start to look up once I can get outdoors more often ... Copied to Clipboard! |
