A former Ace Detective for ACME, Carmen Sandiego found catching criminals to be too easy and turned to a life of crime purely for the fun of matching wits against ACME's best agents. As the leader of The Villains' International League of Evil (or V.I.L.E. for short) Carmen has pulled off several of the most ludicrous heists in history (occasionally with the aid of a Time Machine) including the Chincha Islands. Literally, she stole the islands themselves. Also the Ucayali River.RULES
