If you like the song, trust me, you do not want to look up the lyrics. They'll most likely ruin it for you. Just as a bit of trivia, in case you didn't already know, The Black Mages are Nobuo Uematsu's personal rock band, and they play exclusively covers of his Final Fantasy songs.
