Vanillaware really makes the most of its massive single screen battles and their lightning fast gameplay here to make this game feel like one of the lightest and fastest 2D action games ever. Everything looks great the aesthetic rocks, the mythology is great. Even the DLCs that basically just add more character to do crazy shit with are perfect.
