I can try to explain.ok so i never cared about calories and had no concept of how many calories is a lot or little etc. but i've been playing wii fit u lately and it tells me how many calories i burned after every game/exercise so now i kind of have a concept of calorie amounts but when i look at the amounts on food packaging i'm like ??? how am i burning this many calories in a day --- ...
