Grimlyn posted... I still kinda wanna point out here that Quicksilver was indeed explicitly identified as Magneto's son still in the X-Men movies. But whether that sticks who knows, it could be some multiversal glitch about him... but then again it's not like I'd be expecting FOX-Men Magneto to be joining this universe too so it wouldn't really matter and could just simply never be touched on again.
Quicksilver could just be a random guy who's being made to play the role in the TV world. The casting may just be an easter egg for the audience and not of any plot significance.
Arrowverse shows do that kind of thing all the time.
