So a lot of the BiS BLU gear comes from doing the first lv70 quest. The belt, pants, and necklace are from tomes. Completing said quest gives you a coffer with i400 leftside gear AND makes available the i400 accessories that are good in each other slot. You'd have to beat ~~Gogo~~ to get the BiS weapon. For the second ring, the best may be from O9s. So I'm thinking of getting some folks together to do four runs tops of that fight, unsynced, so we can all get the ring and be good.
