Cobalt_Wasps 01/31/21 8:49:32 PM #1: | i love big batch cooking slow roasts, stews, soups, and in this case...a rib eye mac n cheese bake cheese sauce made from scratch with a dark roux. sharp cheddar, cream cheese, parmesan, bay leaf, white pepper, and a few scraps of left over pepperjack. rib eye basted in garlic and rosemary butter toasted bread crumbs and parsley garnish its been cold in socal lately....time to fatten up --- there is no authority but yourself ...
