Dems have a 51-50 majority and Merrick Garland is as dull and moderate as you can get. Then in NY, Cyrus Vance was all eager to criminally charge Trump once his presidential immunity was gone, and now...? Silence. How about the push to uncover evidence of Trump's Ukraine dealings in the presidential records? Does Biden's team even care?
