my kids have been doing home schooling since the start on school laptops.

My oldest has had nothing but issues.
Every other day we get a call from the school saying he missed 4th period. He was literally sitting on the couch in 4th period class the other day & we got a call about an hour later saying he wasn't in that class... like WTF?

We've called the school before about this and every time they tell us some students are having server issues. Same fucking issue they had last year.

Got a phone call today from them again. The lady said he could always go to the school and learn instead. Told her no because I'm going through chemo & I don't need him bringing home anything. I told her we were up at the school twice 2 weeks ago trying to get the laptop issue fixed. Everytime we walked out the office to leave you had kids everywhere that couldn't keep their hands and mouths off each other. I'm like its not hard to figure out why every week you guys are sending out phone calls saying we know of a student that has covid, we can't tell you who but we are dealing with it. I told her I'm not sending him into that bullshit because the other kids can't keep their hands to them fucking selves.

And nothing from her phone call fixed anything today. She gave him the option to switch to 1 of 3 classes and somehow 1 of his new choices was the class he's already fucking in, I hated this school 24 years ago and I still do today.
