It was a special summon called
MK Ultra:Op Funtime Snow. It seeded the clouds with alot of
LSD and had speaker boxes around town playing
ragtime music. Unfortunately it resulted in
permanently delusional test subjects. The experiment was repeated as
OpToybox Tiger in which a young boy named
Calvin was given metered doses of
LSD from a hidden
nebulizer inside a toy stuffed tiger nicknamed
Hobbes that had a built in voicebox with suggestions for
sedition. All subjects involved have be moved to the isolation wards at
Belle weather insane asylum and have been sceduled for
frontal lobe resections.
