Yeah I just switch to my Noelle sideparty in mining areas like Hulao, though if you can manage it, drop attacks with sword/spear characters actually do about the same damage to mining deposits as a single claymore strike so you don't need to switch your party members around for just the random one when wandering about

Aside from getting over 2k for the first one I haven't really bothered with chasing high scores for the latter Hypostases lol, although Noelle is actually one of my leveled characters so the Geo isn't a terribly bad fight for the most part (Aside from eating up tons of time because you need to bust the pillars) since her shield protects her from a lot of its attacks and her ult lets her finish the final DPS check in one go.

Barbara/Diona's healing is especially interesting since their fields can make reactions with fire which is a decent combo for added DPS. They do at least seem to be tuning the beta characters to a higher standard upon actual release (Aside from Zhong Li apparently lol) so she might end up being more reasonably practicable to use

hm, I'll try drop attacks if I ever need more Lapis, but now that I'm finished with Geoculus I probably won't unless I roll Keqing. I have like 100 rolls now but given that I could potentially need up to 180 for Hu Tao, I'm still not sure.

I've also been kind of looking at trying Abyss floor 9 before it resets and using Diona for that, something like:

Ganyu/Mona/Sucrose/?

Xiangling/Fischl/Diona/Xingqiu

unfortunately it turns out that floor 9 has tons of ice enemies for some reason, so Ganyu is significantly weaker than she would be otherwise
